Terms and conditions

• Deposit of 50% required for every order.
• All prices shown are in Canadian fund.
• Quotes are valid for duration of 10 days and with proof of paper trail by X-Reload (paper or pdf).
• Restocking fees of 15%.
• Delivery cost is not included in sale price as well as applicable taxes.
• A 2 days delivery from Canada Post with insurance, signature option is available at client’s expense.
• X-Reload keeps the right to change prices without warning and at any time.
• For reservation of gear and holds will be kept for 45 days and require a 25% deposit.
• Cheques will have a 7 day validation period.

Delivery of equipment

• X-Reload will deliver to the address given at the time of the order.
• You will become owner of the equipment, as soon as the shipping company takes possession from X-Reload for delivery. At this moment, X-Reload is no more responsible for of any loss or damages occurred to the equipment.
• For all deliveries outside Canada, You are responsible for every cost regarding Customs and any other related cost for exportation outside Canada.
• Gear delivery falls under rules and regulations of the shipping companies that X-Reload uses. Therefore, you have to oblige to the shipping companies rules and regulations regarding signature on reception. If you are absent at the time of delivery, it will be your responsibility of getting the package as for the shipping company’s procedures used by X-Reload.
