How do I place a phone order?

2. You'll be asked these simple informations by our agent : complete name and address, a valid credit card number with the expiration date and credit card verification number (CVV) located on the back of the card.

Terms and Conditions

• No changes to your order will be allowed after its submission.

• Combined order is not possible for logistic reason;

• You have 15 days to make a return for a credit;

• We do not refund, we credit your account when a return is approved;

• Return shipping is at customer's responsability;

• The invoice is required for a return in store;

• Invoice copy must be included in the return package;

• The item returned for a credit must be unopened and in perfect condition;

• All items returned must be done with the same care it has been shipped to, we reserve the right to refuse any items that have not been shipped with that care.

My item is not in stock, could you notify me when it will be?

Yes. You can subscribe to email alerts to be notified when the desired item is back in stock. See the instructions below.

How does it work?

• Notifications are sent automatically when items are back in inventory.

• When the item is back in stock, our inventory system will send update in your email.

• We do not guarantee the availability of items once notified. Notifications are sent accordingly to the number of items back in stock. For example, if 6 people suscribe to notifications and we receive 2 items, only 2 emails will be sent. It will always be adjusted with inventory instantly.

Please note that our inventory is in real-time.

Why limit quantifies on orders for specific items?

We would like everybody to enjoy our new arrivals. That is why we limit quantities that are ordered for some items.

If your order is over the specified limit, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Order limit is fixed to 7 days when applicable.

How long do I have to pick-up my order in store?

We will keep pick-up orders for a maximum of 90 days. After this period expires, we will put the items back in inventory. Your order will then be refunded but a 15% fee will be held to proceed.

Our staff will call you before putting the items back in inventory.

What payment options are available?

On x-reload.com online store, we accept Visa and Mastercard. If you visit our store, you can use accept these payment options :

How long it takes to receive an item from your suppliers?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping delays from our suppliers. Shipping times are often not respected by suppliers so it is hard for x-reload to guarantee and provide exact shipping times. 

Do you sell used items?

Sometimes, some used items are available in the Bargain stash section of our website.

An item is missing in my order. What should I do?

Please contact us at support@x-reload.com with your order number and we will fix the mistake at no charge. We will give you a promotional code for your next order.

What is considered a special order?

All items that are not part of our actual inventory list.

To proceed with a special order :

1. Please make sure we do not have the desired item on www.x-reload.com. You can look up for the desired item with our convenient search tool located at the top right of the site.

2. If we do not have an item and you wish to order it as a special order, send us a detailed email atsupport@x-reload.com Your email must contained these informations :

• name;

• complete adress;

• item description (you can provide a link to an existing article);

One of our specialist will confirm your order and will contact you by email.

A 50% deposit is required with all special orders.

Can I place a special order?

Yes. This is possible. A 50% deposit is required before placing the order.

Why is a deposit required for a special order?

We experienced some problems with special orders, we are now requiring a 100% deposit before taking an order
