With Receipt: Items returned in accordance with X-Reload's return policy, accompanied by a receipt, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and in unopened and in perfect condition, will be credited at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the form of an X-Reload coupon.
Note:
Unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order or if the product is defective, shipping fees charged at the time of order will not be refunded.
The cost of return shipping (if a prepaid return label included with your original order is used) will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund.
We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) return orders.
X-Reload reserves the right to limit or decline returns and exchanges.
For items damaged in shipment: Please email support@x-reload.com before returning. Some products covered by a manufacturer's warranty require items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

Get your RMA number by email at support@x-reload.com before returning your item. No return will be accepted without an RMA number.
The original invoice must be included with the return, and the exchange form completed.
You have 15 days to make a return for credit.
