X-Reload was born out of personal necessity and a passion for precision. What started as a hobby has evolved into the thriving business you see today.

My journey began long before X-Reload. I proudly served for 12 years in the Canadian Armed Forces as an Army mechanic, working on a variety of vehicles, from the smallest utility trucks to the largest military equipment. During the 1997 Ice Storm in Quebec, an accident forced a career shift, leading me to the world of IT as a network administrator.

However, my passion for hunting and reloading has been a constant throughout my life. At the age of 16, I began reloading my own ammunition, constantly striving for the perfect shot. In 2009, while searching for specific reloading products and failing to find what I needed, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I started placing small orders, initially for personal use. Word spread among friends and fellow enthusiasts, who began asking for help finding items that weren’t readily available.

This growing demand changed my life, and X-Reload was officially born. What began with a modest first order of just $50 has now grown into a business offering over 6,000 unique SKUs, serving a wide community of reloading and shooting enthusiasts.

X-Reload reflects my commitment to quality, precision, and a deep understanding of the needs of those who share my passion. Thank you for being part of this journey—it’s been an incredible ride, and I’m excited for what the future holds.

Pierre Lefebvre

Pierre, the son of a seasoned hunting and fishing guide, has dedicated over 40 years to exploring the outdoors. A precision shooter with a lifelong passion for the wilderness, his journey began in childhood, roaming the forests and honing his skills.

Pierre has trained with some of the best in the field, including Mario Dutil (Sniper Québec), Michael Desrosiers (Long Range Academy), and Doug Prichard (FTW) in Texas. He has also participated in exclusive workshops with Swarovski Optik, further refining his expertise.

An accomplished hunter, Pierre has traversed Canada in pursuit of big game, with over 100 successful hunts to his name. For the past seven years, he has shared his knowledge as a writer for ACP Magazine, specializing in shooting and hunting topics.

Pierre is also the producer, host, and director of the popular hunting show "Long Range Hunter," which airs in the United States, Europe, and Canada, showcasing his passion and expertise to a global audience.

In addition to his media endeavors, Pierre is the President of Long Range Hunter and proudly serves as the Vice President of X-Reload, where his leadership and vision continue to inspire the hunting and shooting community.

John Esteves

Logistics Director

John Esteves brings a wealth of expertise to X-Reload, both as a logistics professional and a reloading authority. As the person in charge of the warehouse and prompt shipping, John ensures that every order is handled with precision and efficiency.

His passion for shooting began early, starting at the age of 12 with trap shooting. By 13, John had already claimed his first victory in an under-18 trap shooting competition, sanctioned by the Quebec Trap Shooting Federation.

John is a certified range officer with the Fédération Québécoise de Tir (FQT) and holds multiple professional certifications in defensive shooting, including:

• Sig Sauer Academy
• Smith & Wesson Academy
• CAPS Program with instructor Dave Young
• G4S Armoured Car National Firearms Training Program (handgun, shotgun, and simunition)

An avid competitor, John participates in IDPA and Steel Challenge events, showcasing his skills and passion for the shooting sports. With over 40 years of reloading experience for both handguns and rifles, he is the go-to expert for any reloading-related questions.

John’s dedication to precision, efficiency, and his deep knowledge of shooting sports make him an invaluable part of the X-Reload team.
