Such prices do not include shipping and handling, expedited service, or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges and provincial and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. Turnaround : All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours Monday to Friday.

Canada Post (Card for pickup): If you want to receive your shipment at the door, please indicate it in the comment section of the order page. We will not be responsible for the delivery if you choose this option.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some carriers might not offer package tracking.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
N.B: X-Reload at our descretion, have the right to merge orders and the difference will be refunded as a gift certificate.
