How the billing process work?

When you create an order we receive your order and an Authorized/Pending Capture amount from your credit card. 
The capture of the amount will be done at the labeling stage.

I seen the message for AVS and my card has been charged ?
No, your card hasn't been charged. When you receive a message for AVS the amount will be automaticly declined by our card processor because we implement a fraud verification.
The purpose of this is to protect you and us for stolen cards, your billing address has to match the card holder of the card.

The transaction will be labeled as Declined, Authorization with the card issuer was successful but the transaction was declined due to an address or ZIP code mismatch with the address on file with the card issuing bank based on the settings in the Merchant Interface.

The card processor will receive the message of declined transaction at midnight the day of the transaction, to release the pending amount on your card.

My order has been cancelled but you charged my credit card?

No, your card hasn't been charged. what you see is a Authorized/Pending Capture , that means your Credit Card Authorized the amount but we voided the amount by cancelling the order.
