To check your orders status and tracking, log on with your credentials

Go to your My Account

 

Select My Orders from the left menu

 

 

 

In this page you will have the following information.

1- Order number

  • This is important when you call or send a message to support.

2- Date of the order

  • Date you placed your order

3- Order total amount

4- shipping method 

  • Other 
  • Canada Post
  • UPS
  • Purolator

5- Tracking Number (Wait 24 hours after receiving your tracking before starting looking up)

  • Canada Post begin by 9328
  • UPS begin by 1Z81V
  • Purolator begin by 33

6- Status of the order (Processing, Complete or Canceled)

  • Processing
  • Complete
  • Cancelled

7- Action possible (View Order or Reorder)

  • View order
  • Reorder

Tracking Number is also send by email, there is the information to help you find your tracking email.

N.B.: Check your junk mail it could to be redirected to it.

  • Subject of the email: X-Reload Inc. - Your order has been shipped! // Votre commande a été expédiée!

*It could take 24h before for the tracking to become available by the carrier.
