How to reset your password

To reset your password you must use the email of your account.

1- Click on "Forgot Your Password?"

2- Enter your email and click on "Reset my Password"

• The email must be the one used in your account.

3- You will receive the following message.

4- Check your email inbox for the email from X-Reload.

• If the email is not in your inbox check your junk mail.
• If the email you used is not associated with an account you won't receive an email.

5- Open the mail and click on "Set a New Password"

6-  You now need to enter 2 times your new password.

• Password minimum lenght is 8 characters.
• Must have Lower case, Upper Case, Digits and special Characters.

You can use "Show Password" to see the password you wrote

When done click on "Set a New Password"

7- You will see the banner "You updated your password".

8- You can now login with the password you just set.
