Returns & Exchanges

With receipt: Items returned in accordance with X-Reload return policy , accompanied by a receipt , a RMA number and in saleable condition will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method.

Note: Unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order or if the product is defective, shipping fees charged at time of order will not be refunded and the cost of return shipping (if a pre-paid return label included with your original order is used) will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund.

We don’t accept COD return orders.

X-Reload reserves the right to limit or decline returns and exchanges.

For items damaged in shipment, please email support@x-reload.com before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

IMPORTANT!

  1.     Get your RMA number prior to return your item using this form. No return will be accepted without a RMA number.
  2.     The original invoice must be included with the return and exchange form completed.
  3.     You have 15 days to make a return for a refund
  4.     Unless an error occurred on our part shipping fees charged at time of order will not be refunded and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
  5.     The item returned for a credit must be unopened and in perfect condition.
  6.     We will not accept any product that have been opened or that is damaged.
  7.     All items returned must be done with the same care it has been shipped to, we reserve the right to refuse any items that have not been shipped with care.

Our standard return policy does not apply to the following items:

Final Sale items that cannot be returned include:

  • Ammunition
  • Books
  • Special Orders (including personalized items)
  • Reloading components: Powder and primers sales are FINAL.
  • Optics related product: (Scope rings and picatinny rails)
  • Sale and Clearance items
