Can I see the total of my order before confirming it?

Yes. You can see the total of your order including applicable taxes and shipping costs in the shopping cart before completion. 

I cannot see everything on the website, why?

To gain access to all items on www.x-reload.com, make sure your PAL (possession and acquisition license) is correctly entered in your x-reload.com account.

1. You must be signed in with your account with your email and password.

2. Make sure your account contains your PAL number and expiration date. Example: 12123443.0001 exp. 2013/04/03

If the PAL is absent or incorrect, please send us an email at support@x-reload.com with your complete name, PAL number and expiration date. You have to be manually certified by our staff members before gaining access to restricted items on www.x-reload.com. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.
