How do I place a phone order?

Why should I shop online instead?

Shopping online give you the opportunity to have access to, limiting quantity often added to the inventory during the weekend.

You might received an alert of back in stock on saturday, sunday or during an holliday and not being able to get it because it might be out of stock in the next business day.

What payment options are available?

On x-reload.com online store and phone order, we accept EMT (Electronic Money Transfer), Visa and Mastercard. If you visit our store, we accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard and Cash.

I have a promotional code, can I use it with my phone order?

No. The promotional codes we provide are created specifically for our clients who are using our website.

How long do I have to pick-up my order in store?

We will keep pick-up orders for a maximum of 90 days. After this period expires, we will put the items back in inventory. Your order will then be refunded but a 15% fee will be held to proceed.

Our staff will call you before putting the items back in inventory.
