TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Order Modification: Once your order is submitted, no changes can be made.

  2. Images provided are solely for visual guidance: Please ensure to review the item's description 
  3. Quantity Limitation: During scarcity, X-Reload may restrict product quantities.

  4. Default Shipping: Canada Post default is card-for-pickup. Specify doorstep delivery in checkout comments. We're not responsible for issues with this option.

  5. Shipping Flexibility: Shipping method or carrier may change without notice.

  6. Shipping Date Request: We can't ship on specific dates; shipping follows the order, first in, first out.

  7. EMT Payment: Must be sent in the full amount of the Grand Total of your invoice. Multiple payments of your grand Total will not be accepted.
  8. Order Cancellation: Canceled orders result in a gift certificate refund without expiration.

  9. Return & Exchange Policy: Visit https://x-reload.com/returns-and-exchanges for details. In-store returns require an invoice.

  10. Post-purchase price adjustment Policy: We wish to inform our customers that, in accordance with current legislation, a product bought at the regular price that is subsequently put on sale does not qualify for a post-purchase price adjustment. In other words, X-Reload does not grant any price adjustments after a sale has been finalized.   11. Order Processing: Orders are processed in order. We can't estimate delivery day and time. It's your responsibility to track using the provided tracking number.

  12. Gift Certificate and Discount Code: Codes must be used at the time of order and cannot be applied afterward.

  13. Combining Orders: Due to logistical constraints, we can't combine orders.

  14. Order Merging: X-Reload may merge orders from the same customer without refunding shipping charges.

  15. Shipping Delays: X-Reload isn't liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Inquire with the carrier's customer support.

  16. Duties & Taxes: Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Pickup In-Store Policy

  1. Invoice Requirement: To pick up an order in-store, customers must present a valid invoice for the order. This is a mandatory step to ensure the security and rightful ownership of the order.

  2. Order Confirmation: Before arriving for pickup, customers must wait to receive a confirmation email stating that their order is ready. Please refrain from visiting the store for pickup until this confirmation is received.
