2. Tier Structure

Beginner (Default)

• All customers start here.
• Earn X-Points on qualifying purchases
• Access to regular store promotions

Bronze

• Spend $1,000+ in the last 365 days
• Earn Rate: 2% back in X-Points

Silver

• Spend $2,000+ in the last 365 days
• Earn Rate: 4%

Gold

• Spend $3,500+ in the last 365 days
• Earn Rate: 6%

Platinum

• Spend $5,000+ in the last 365 days
• Earn Rate: 8%

4. Earning Rules

When are X-Points approved?
X-Points are approved when the order is shipped.

When can points be used?
Earned X-Points become usable 7 days after the order ships, ensuring the order is final.

Do customers earn points on discounted products?
No.
Discounted products do not earn X-Points.

What values qualify for earning points?
X-Points are calculated on product subtotal only, excluding:

• Discounts
• Taxes
• Shipping

5. Redeeming Your X-Points

• 1 X-Point = $1
• Minimum redemption threshold may apply
• X-Points can be applied at checkout
• Cannot be combined with other discounts or promo codes
• X-Points expire 12 months after becoming usable

6. Tier Review & Status Changes

• Tiers are calculated using a rolling 12-month (365-day) history
• Tier upgrades/downgrades are automatic
• Tier calculation uses only product values, excluding taxes & shipping
• Discounted orders do NOT earn X-Points, but the product value of discounted orders (excluding tax & shipping) DOES count for tier calculation
• Bonus X-Points are awarded once per tier entry
• All earned X-Points remain in your account even if your tier changes

7. Terms & Conditions

• X-Points are earned only on product subtotal (excluding discounts, taxes, and shipping)
• Discounted items do not earn X-Points
• Discounted product values do count toward tier qualification
• Points become usable 7 days after the order ships
• If earned X-Points include a fractional value, the points will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. For example, 1.8 X-Points will be rounded down to 1 X-Point.
• Refunds/cancellations will adjust X-Points accordingly
• X-Points cannot be transferred
• Fraud or misuse may result in suspension
• X-Reload may modify or discontinue the VIP Club at any time
